Refund Policy

Before we get into talking about Refunds. How do your payments work?

All of our "one-time" fee services require payment in the form of an initial deposit and remaining balance due upon completion of the service.

All of our monthly recurring services require payment due on whatever day of the month you begin your services with us.  For example, if your agreement is filled out and completed on June 18th then your recurring monthly fee would be due on the 18th of every month.  If you prefer for your monthly payment to be due on a certain day out of the month then we can accommodate those needs as well.

If for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the gameplan developed by you and our team after your strategy call, you can let us know up to 24 hours after the call and we will be sure to honor your refund request up to the full amount of your initial deposit.  After those 24 hours if we have already begun working our magic then, unfortunately, a refund request cannot be fulfilled.

Social Media Advertising Services

If for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the gameplan developed by you and our team after your strategy call, you can let us know up to 24 hours after the call and we will be sure to honor your refund request up to the full amount of your initial deposit.

After those 24 hours, you may still receive a full refund if we are unable to beat the open rates* and click-through rates* that your current email marketing campaign is producing.  In order to be eligible for this, you MUST provide us with visual proof of your email marketing campaign statistics within 7 days of our strategy session.

*Open Rates - The rate at which your emails are opened.  Configured by the equation: 

                                                                                                Emails opened/Emails Sent * 100

*Click-through Rates (CTR) - The rate at which your audience actually engages with your content. Configured by the equation:                                                                            Total Measured Clicks/Impressions * 100

Both of these statistics are typically provided by whatever ESP (Email Service Provider) you use.  Ex. MailChimp, ConvertKit, Drip...
